Due to the nature of our products, all Zyma Natural orders cannot be returned once received and opened.

Returns are only possible in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective

Eligibility for Return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  2. The returned order will be picked up by our courier service.

  3. Items will be checked for return eligibility.

  4. If eligible, your refund will be issued minus shipping fees.

Return Timeframe:

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
